Bjarne Rasmussen, a Danish master carpenter, brings a tradition of precision and humility, while Heather Rasmussen, a Texas-based designer, contributes a refined fluency in both interior and exterior design. Remarkable architectural features include a 14’ cantilever roof overhang and a flying staircase constructed of large mahogany slabs suspended by steel pipes of graduated length. The Rasmussen’s work over the past 5 years has restored and improved the property allowing the legacy of 748 S Rosemary Drive live on for future generations to admire and enjoy.
